The ILEAS Training Center has 90,000 square feet of space for use as climate controlled scenario-based training. Training uses include, but are not limited to:

• Tactical (SWAT)
• Active shooter
• Crime scene processing
• Hostage negotiations
• K-9 building search
• Meth lab processing

The tactical training area consists of three buildings on two floors and a basement complete with dozens of doors, various stairwell configurations, hundreds of windows and a “ram door” to practice forced entry. The Center also has a completely enclosed courtyard for outdoor training of a sensitive nature (i.e., decontamination).

The tactical training areas are completely covered with a wireless data network and portable HD cameras are available so all training can be recorded.
